Drove down to Galveston a couple of weeks ago to see what was left ... and it's still a war zone though parts of the city are open again. Here are a few of the tons of pictures I took. There are still big boats on the side of the road, nowhere close to the ocean!
That is just awful to see all the devasation. Truthfully now that it is not in the news I forgot about it. Those pictures are a good reminder of how it is a long process of rebuilding and how they still need support.
